1. Fill out the green form in the Reserve tray (on the counter of SZ3 next to the Reserve gates).
2. Shelvers and other staff will search Reserve to try to locate the book.
3. After 2-3 searches, if unsuccessful, the green form goes to Chris Arthur in Reserve to be acted on.
