Printing between the Library and C5C

It is possible of course to direct people to C5C when we have printing issues.

However the two printer networks are completely separate.
You cannot 'see' a print job in C5C that you have sent to the Library networked printers, and vice versa.

If you have to send a student over to the C5C computing labs, make sure that they understand they will need to go to a PC, bring up the document and re-send it to the C5C printers before they can print it.

As well: the Student IT Help staff cannot retrieve a file from the network printers for students. Please do not send students to Student Central to print a file. Direct them to the C5C computer labs to use the PCs
