Some issues have arisen during the Campus Card updating process with cards being given recycled barcodes (one barcode, for two different patrons).
Procedure for staff at desk to deal with this issue:
a. Record (screenshot and print) BOTH names, plus barcode.
b. Loan to patron if you can determine the correct identity.
c. Place printed information in queries tray at Zone 3.
Note: If 2 patron groups display for a single patron, press enter and continue to loan. This issue will be resolved in the system within 24 hours of the record being created.
