Lost Campus Cards

All Lost old student ID cards have now been removed from Service Zone 3 and will be disposed of appropriately.

All Lost new Campus cards will now be held at Student IT Help - C5C Room 244.

If someone hands in a lost Campus card, put this in the cupboard at Service Zone 3 marked for Lost Cards. There is a small box for them in there. Once a day (Monday-Friday), any lost cards will be taken to C5C by Library staff.

Do NOT put lost cards into the Lost Property box.


If someone reports they have lost their card:

First block the student record in Voyager.
Then refer the client to Student IT Help C5C room 244.
Remind the client to come back to the Library when they have recovered or replaced their card to have the block lifted.

Student IT Help will report lost cards sent to them to the library so we can block the records.
