IT Help Update

Open:
IT Help is open every day, even on public holidays, except Good Friday, Easter Monday and Christmas.
Monday-Friday: 8-8
Weekends: 10-6
Location: C5C, room 244 (Student Central)

Cards
All cards have the same red colour.

The quick way to find out who is who is by the chip. MQ students, staff and SIBT staff/students have the chip and the Mastercard logo on their card.

CME staff/students and Special Borrowers don't have chip or Mastercard.
They have text at the back of the card starting with "This card must be carried at all times...."

Special/Associate borrowers have SB numbers, without exact group category.

IT Help deals with:
MQ OneID passwords
Wireless connection
Issuing new/ lost/ faulty cards - in some instances there is a fee.

IT Help does not deal with:
CME and SIBT passwords
thesis formatting setup on computers
printing and copying (except within the C5C computer lounges)
money transfer from card to card
