iLearn password

The Library login (for PC use, databases etc) is the OneID.

For students, the OneID is their Campus ID number and their iLearn password.
For staff, the OneID is their staff ID number with 'mq' at the front (eg: mq201200000) and their gmail password.

1. the contact details and opening hours for IT Help
2. scroll down to Passwords for the link to test your password if unsure or have your password sent to you if you have forgotten it.
Note: students can access their email without passwords on the Catalogue laptops in front of SZ3.

Final essential information:
Multiple incorrect password attempts will lock a student record (approx. 4 tries).
At best, automatic unlocking of the record will take 20 minutes.

If IT Help have to create a new password to fix a problem, remember that the Library is not connected to their systems. We can be 24 hours out of date with such changes at any time. In such cases, refer the student to the Guest Login PCs or to the C5C computer lounges. Both will provide the access the student needs until the password change comes through.
