Printing - Troubleshooting

1. Print jobs with coloured backgrounds or backgrounds made out of pictures or logos will take longer to process than those with 'clean' backgrounds.
Advise clients to be patient - the jobs will come through.

2. If a job has taken over 20 minutes, advise the Service Coordinator so they can delete the 'stuck' job and let the other jobs through.
The Service Coordinator will also ask any waiting clients to let them know if a job fails to print properly, so that the problem can be fixed.
