1. Use the clickers for all queries except Reference/Research queries eg: borrowing, IT, directions.
2. For the reference/research queries, please add a stroke to the appropriate time and box on the lilac spreadsheets at the service zone desks.
3. The reason for the division is that CAUL requires the reference statistics.
4. If unsure, please consult your Service Coordinator.
