To report an IT problem:
1) Report the problem to your Service Coordinator.
2) The Service Coordinator will out a ticket using the form at: https://servicedesk.library.mq.edu.au/
3) If the message is urgent, ie the IT problem must be dealt with immediately, the Service Coordinator will ring 6550. After the emergency, the service coordinator will send the OneHelp request.
4) Try each of the IT staff in turn on their individual extensions or mobile hash numbers. These are located on the intranet - https://intranet.library.mq.edu.au/depts/libraryit/index.html
