If a self-check machines is out of order:
1. Turn off and restart [Note: use swipe card if red scanner light is active].
2. If it cannot be fixed, please advise the Service Coordinator who will
a. Send a OneHelp request.
b. CC the OneHelp request to Geoff Evenden and Kathie Fraser.
c. Put an Out of Service sign on the Self-Check machine.
d. Advise shift staff.
