Clients are unable to save files to computers on Level 1 and 2.
There are USBs available in the drawers of the Service Zone desks for this purpose, should a client forget their USB.
When lending USBs you do not need to ask for ID, but inform clients that they must return the USB to the information desk when finished. They must delete all files from the USB before returning as we will not do this service.
If you have any questions or notice that supplies of USBs are low please advise your Service Coordinator. Stocks are kept in the Stationery cupboard in the backup staff area Level 2.
