Often the Room Booking System website is left open and logged in during the day at the Information Desk computers. While this makes it easier to view bookings, the website does not update itself with bookings made on other computers.
To view the latest changes to Room Bookings:
1. Refresh the website using the refresh button on your internet browser.
2. Alternatively, log out of the Room Booking website and log in again.
