Fines Transfer December 2012

The Fines Transfer occurred on 5 December. This is to transfer outstanding fines from the Library Voyager system to Financial Services. Students with outstanding fines are unable to receive their exam results or re-enrol until the fine has been paid or queried/resolved.

Once the Student's fines have been transferred to Financial Services, they will no longer appear in MyLibrary and therefore when advising students re. fines, you should always check in Circulation (the Fines/Fees History tab). Check the Fines/Fees history and check for the date of the Bursar transfer.

Should a student indicate they have paid any "Bursar" transfer fines, please refer them to the Cashier.

If a student says that they have paid all fines and have any questions about their payment, please refer them to the Cashier.
