Islamic Prayer Room

The Islamic Prayer Rooms are located in E3A on Level 0.

Directions:
From the Library entrance, walk down the side of Macquarie Drive to the E3A building entrance (between the bus shelter and the red postbox). Do NOT walk up the stairs. Walk down the side of the stairs and turn right under the stairs. Walk down the corridor.

The last door on the right is the Women's Prayer Room. A sign is clearly displayed on this door.
Just before it also on the right is an alcove in the corridor wall. This leads to the sinks for washing before prayer and then to the Men's Prayer Room.

The Rooms are open during business hours (Monday to Friday 9am-5pm).
Outside business hours, students must go to Security to request access.

Please refer all non-Islamic students inquiring about religious guidance or prayer options to the Chaplaincy (C9B). This is the brick 'house' located behind the Campus Bookshop; and between the Parking Area and Campus Hub.
