Staff use of Meeting Rooms

1. Please remember to book the meeting rooms for your meeting and appointments through the room booking software available on the intranet at Intranet Home - Room Booking System (on left).

Logon name: firstname.surname (note the full stop between)
Password: your work PC password


2. M4.01-03 cannot be seen on the information.desk login. This is to prevent staff accidently booking students into these spaces.


3. All requests must be confirmed with Library Business Services, and requests may be rejected if staff neglect to identify the use of the room in the Summary Field eg: Working on Room Bookings Project.
