If at all possible, it is best to refer all fine queries to Resource Access: x7551 (9am-5pm) or x3515 (after 5pm), or direct clients to the borrowing counter.

The 24 hour fines payment number is 1300 301 043.
Available 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Accepts: American Express, MasterCard, Visa
Required: Macquarie University student ID number, credit card details and pen-and-paper to record the receipt number and date paid.

Restrictions: available to Macquarie University students only (not to MU staff, NCELTR, SIBT or associates).
Available only for transferred fines. If the fine is recorded on Voyager, you cannot use this option.

Given the restrictions, always first refer such fine queries to Resource Access if at all possible.
